Model Release Form

I, the undersigned, hereby irrevocably authorize Jaime England Photography to take photographs of me, my pets, my property, and/or my children under the age of 18 years, and authorize her to use and publish said photographs in all manners for purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing, or for any product or service that represents her business, Jaime England Photography.

I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release. For where it is required, I am also the spouse or legal guardian of the models listed below.
